Prime at Bellagio, Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s celebrated steakhouse overlooking the Fountains of Bellagio, called for a faithful remodel honouring the essence of the original restaurant while giving one of the Strip’s most storied dining rooms a renewed sense of glamour. The original notes of the restaurant are now retold through elevated materials: burlwood, cut crystal, gilding, marbles and velvets combine in concert to support a fresh emphasis on the choreography of dinner service animating the room. Liveries and table service suites were all redesigned, with no stone left unturned in this transformation.
