Architecture comes first. Everything else, the finish, the furniture, the atmosphere a room finally holds, is a consequence of that foundation rather than a decoration applied over it. This is the belief Woogmaster Studio was built on, and it is the reason we have never adopted a single signature look. A casino floor does not ask the same questions as a private residence or a superyacht interior, and we believe a studio's job is to answer each brief on its own terms, not to impose a signature aesthetic regardless of the project.

I came to this view through years at Wynn Design and Development, working alongside Steve Wynn and Roger Thomas, after training at Cornell University. At university, I had been a traditionalist mind in a modernist system, and learned to merge feeling with function while fed a passion for the movement I see in historic design. What I took from time in study and at Wynn was less a style than a discipline: get the architecture and the planning right, and the aesthetic decisions that follow will feel inevitable rather than decorative.

None of this happens alone. The Studio is built around a team whose range I would put against any firm in the industry: interior architects and designers, yes, but also people fluent in fine art and fashion, in hospitality operations, in the particular logistics of maritime and gaming projects that most residential designers never encounter. What unites them is not a shared aesthetic but a shared standard: a refusal to let a detail pass unresolved, and a commitment to follow a project long after the excitement of the concept phase has shifted towards the tough work of execution. That dedication is, honestly, the thing of which I am most proud.

Based in Las Vegas and working across hospitality, gaming, residential, and maritime commissions worldwide, we remain a studio of a size that lets me stay close to every project, from the first sketch to the final walkthrough. Bold. Refined. Enduring. It is a short phrase, but it is the whole of what we are trying to build.
